All tests will come with the following:

  • Personalised Power and HR zones so you know how hard you should be pedalling at each interval during the session.

You will see improvements quick enough to need a retest after 6 weeks of training.  â€‹

Gold standard 20 min test £40

A 20 minute Team Sky warm up as recommended by Wattbike.

 

Aimed to increase Heart Rate without getting you too tired.

 

The Wattbike 20 minute Aerobic test.  

 

You have to ride as fast as you can for the duration.

 

6 seconds peak power test.

 

Power to weight ratio figures.

 

Left leg Vs. Right leg percentage power and angle of force.

 

This test is suitable for everyone.  It is also one of the most accurate tests to replicate when you try it again

Wattbike 3 minute Maximum Minute Power test to re establish zones.  

 

This is riding as fast as you can for 3 minutes.

 

Sounds easy right!

Your training zones are calculated based on these 3 minutes.

This test is the minimum requirement for using the Wattbike and Sufferfest videos to their full potential.
